McKinley Mile Bike Race

Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and Ball State's Office of Student Life are breathing new life into a campus cycling event previously known as the Bike-a-Thon. The McKinley Mile Race includes a 24-mile Cardinal Relay for teams and a one mile Benny Dash for individuals.

There will be four categories for competitors in the team relay: Pro, Student, Alumni and Community. Awards will be given in each category. Participants in the Benny Dash will vie for best costume as well as overall winner.

The event will be on Saturday, March 31 and registration in open to anyone 12 or older. Early registration is open until March 2 and late registration is due March 16. For more details email Thomas Jacoby or visit the Student Life page on Ball State's website.

Proceeds from this event go to the Cardinal Greenway.
