Turkey Trot 2017
Nov 23 @ 7:30 am – 11:00 am

Turkey Trot is our classic Thanksgiving Day non-competitive walk/run for participants of all ages. Beginning at 8:00 a.m., walkers and runners can choose a variety of routes marked along the greenways. The morning is filled with holiday fun as walkers, runners, families, friends, and dogs take to the trails. Refreshments are served.

Turkey Trot is our Thanksgiving fun -before -the -feast event! Participants walk or run on the beautiful Cardinal Greenway and White River Greenway and return to the Historic Wysor Street Depot for cookies, fruit, hot cider and other refreshments. Turkey/Thanksgiving themed attire is encouraged for both humans and their canine friends. Participants are asked to donate a non-perishable food item. Turkey Trot is an enjoyable, gratifying way to begin your Thanksgiving Day.

An Old Fashioned Christmas at the Depot 2017
Dec 1 @ 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

An Old Fashioned Christmas at the Depot is an evening of holiday celebration and fun. Santa visits our CG headquarters, the Historic Wysor St. Depot, to listen to children’s wishes and to give each child a present! Young and old alike have a wonderful time listening to Christmas carols, sipping hot cocoa, and visiting with family and friends in the beautifully restored 1901 depot.  Feel free to bring your camera or phone to take photos with Santa. This traditional celebration is a fun time for all! An Old Fashioned Christmas at the Depot captures the spirit of the holidays as everyone happily comes together to celebrate the season. Free.
